Grow Lancer mixes fast spear damage with useful debuffs. You can burst targets with spear combos and keep pressure with wide skills for farming and PvP. GL is picked for damage plus utility - not as a healer or buffer. In solo PvE, GL feels strong on higher maps with good gear. In matchup charts, Grow Lancer often does well versus Rune Wizard and Slayer, while Summoner and Rage Fighter can be tough matchups.
