Rune Wizard is a “delete the screen” type caster when played right. You farm spots quickly with rune AoE and can melt targets with burst combos. The class rewards timing and positioning - if you get caught, you can drop fast. In events, RW is a top damage pick when your team peels enemies off you. In matchup rules, RW often hits harder into Slayer and Gun Crusher, but must be careful around Rage Fighter and Grow Lancer.
